International Delivery 

UPS

All of our international parcels are sent with UPS (United Postal service). They are the world’s largest package delivery company, serving over 220 countries and regions around the world.

Please note that UPS do not deliver to PO Box addresses as they require a signature upon delivery.

Royal Mail

All of our UK parcels will be delivered with Royal Mail using a signed for service.

 Shipping Process

Once your order has been completed by one of our specialist seamstresses, it is passed over to our distribution team. The distribution team will package and process your order ready for dispatch. We ship all orders from our Distribution Centre in Lewes, United Kingdom.

  1. You place an order through our website.
  2. Your order is then handed to our production team who cut the fabric for your garments and then sew the garments together. This is done in our production studio in Lewes.
  3. Once your items are made they are handed over to our distribution team to be wrapped and packed into parcels.
  4. Your parcel is then shipped from our dispatch centre in Lewes.
  5. UPS or Royal Mail deliver your parcel. 

How do I track my package?

Once your parcel has been processed by our Distribution Team you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and confirm the courier that your order has been dispatched with.  

This tracking information will provide you with an estimated delivery date, it will also keep you informed on the whereabouts of your parcel.

If your order is being shipped with UPS you will be able to view an estimated delivery date by clicking on the tracking number.

My tracking information is not working

If your UPS or Royal Mail tracking number is not working there is no need to worry! Tracking information does not go live until 7 hours after the parcel has been scanned with the courier.  

My parcel is taking longer than expected

The most common cause of delay is when our couriers have attempted to deliver your parcel but didn't manage
