Our Studio Collection items are made to order. We do our best to get every item hand made and shipped within the shipping time given. If styles are more complex they may take our seamstresses longer to make; this could effect shipping times so we recommend getting in touch first, or ordering with a speedy or VIP shipping method if you require your order by a certain date. 

Although we always do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated time-frame, once your order is with our courier service, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

Deliveries times will vary over Bank Holiday Weekends and UK Public Holidays. 


We hand make our clothing using high quality stretch fabrics. Our clothing is designed and made to be fitted. We have developed our size chart based on the stretch in our fabric and the way that our clothing is made. Our size chart will give you a fitted look.

If you are looking for a looser, or even tighter, fit in your garments but you're not sure on the correct size to order, you can refer to our FIT GUIDE. This will help you to find the perfect size for your body, in exactly the fit you are looking for.


Our products are handmade by our team of expert sewing machinists at our Boom Boom The Label headquarters, in Lewes, England. Our designs, especially the way that we construct the garments, are unique to us and are therefore copyright protected. 

The products that we design are all handmade in fabrics with stretch quality. The stretch based fabric allows for a very comfortable fit, as the fabric will move with your body.

We use two layers of fabric on all of our signature fabric styles. This means that the garment is more supportive for your body, providing a slight lift.


We accept all major debit & credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. We can not accept any other payment method at this time. 

All orders are processed in GBP / £, which is our currency in England.

Please be aware that prices will not be converted at the checkout. The order total will appear in GBP / £ and will be converted by your bank once the transaction has been processed. Your bank statement will show the transaction total in your local currency.

If my custom item is delayed, can I get a refund? 
We are unable to offer refunds on items or postage due to delays to your order where we have tried to contact you regarding alterations.

How soon will my custom order arrive?

We will always aim to post your item to you within 5-7 working days, however due to the care and attention we put into each handmade garment, shipping times may vary during busier periods.

For custom garments, we recommend placing your order with us a minimum of two weeks before you plan to wear the garment. This is to ensure we have enough time to hand make and deliver your item, wherever you may be in the world.
